Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://glppeptideclinic.com and related telehealth services operated by Blessed Medical LLC, doing business as GLP Peptide Clinic ("GLP Peptide Clinic," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site, creating an account, completing a questionnaire, paying a clinical fee, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://glppeptideclinic.com/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Eligibility and service area

You must be at least 18 years old and located in Texas when you receive clinical services. You represent that information you provide about your identity, location, and medical history is accurate and complete. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service if we cannot verify eligibility or if care is outside our clinical scope.

Not for emergencies

GLP Peptide Clinic does not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use this website or telehealth messaging for urgent or life-threatening conditions.

Telehealth services

Our services include online questionnaires and consultations by video or phone with a Texas-licensed clinician (such as a nurse practitioner). Telehealth has benefits and limitations; technology issues may interrupt a visit, and some conditions require in-person evaluation. You consent to receiving care via telehealth and to the electronic collection and storage of your health information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Clinical judgment and no guaranteed treatment

Submitting a questionnaire or paying a clinical fee does not guarantee a prescription, a particular medication, or a specific outcome. A licensed clinician reviews your information and may approve treatment, decline it, request more information, recommend labs, or recommend a different approach. Medication is dispensed only after a clinical decision, by a licensed pharmacy. We do not dispense medication from this clinic website.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to receive service-related emails, texts, or in-product messages about your care, shipping, and account. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You may adjust non-essential marketing preferences where offered; transactional care messages may still be sent.

Fees, payments, and refunds

Clinical fees, membership or program fees, and medication charges are described at checkout or in your account. Fees may change. Payment is processed by third-party processors. Clinical fees are generally earned when clinician review begins; medication charges apply if and when a prescription is fulfilled. Refund eligibility depends on the status of clinical review and pharmacy fulfillment and will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our then-current refund practices. Prescriptions and pharmacy fulfillment

If prescribed, medication is dispensed by a Texas-licensed pharmacy (including a 503A compounding pharmacy when a compounded medication is prescribed) and shipped to a Texas address or made available for pickup when offered. Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients pursuant to a valid prescription and are not FDA-approved drug products in the same way as manufactured brand drugs. Availability, formulations, and pricing may change based on clinical, regulatory, and supply factors.

Prohibited uses

You may not misuse the site or services, including by providing false identity or location information; seeking care for someone else without lawful authority; attempting to obtain medication without a valid clinician-patient relationship; scraping, attacking, or reverse engineering the site; or using the services for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, text, graphics, and software are owned by Blessed Medical LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use incidental to using the services.

Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site or telehealth tools.

Limitation of liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE CLINICAL SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blessed Medical LLC and its clinicians, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law—except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the services lies in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
