Privacy Policy

HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and website privacy policy. Effective September 30, 2026.

Who we are

Blessed Medical LLC, doing business as GLP Peptide Clinic ("GLP Peptide Clinic," "we," "us," or "our") provides cash-pay telehealth clinical services through https://glppeptideclinic.com. This Notice of Privacy Practices describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information. Please review it carefully. It also explains how we handle non-clinical website and account data.

Our responsibilities under HIPAA

We are required by law to maintain the privacy and security of your protected health information (PHI); to provide you with this notice of our legal duties and privacy practices; and to notify you following a breach of unsecured PHI as required by law. We must follow the terms of this notice that are currently in effect. We will not use or share your PHI other than as described here unless you tell us we can in writing. You may change or revoke that permission at any time, in writing, except to the extent we have already relied on it.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect: identifiers and contact details (name, email, phone, shipping address); account credentials; date of birth and government or insurance identifiers you choose to provide; medical history, symptoms, medications, allergies, labs, vital signs, and questionnaire answers; telehealth visit notes and clinical decisions; payment and billing details (processed by our payment partners); communications with our care or support team; device, browser, IP address, and usage data; and cookies or similar technologies used to operate and improve the site.

How we use and disclose PHI for treatment, payment, and operations

We may use and share your PHI without your written authorization for treatment (for example, clinician review, telehealth visits, care coordination, and sending prescriptions to a licensed pharmacy); payment (billing, collecting clinical and prescription fees, and communicating with payment processors); and health care operations (quality review, training, customer service, auditing, and improving our programs). Licensed pharmacies that dispense your medication receive only what is needed to fulfill a valid prescription.

Other uses and disclosures permitted or required by law

We may also use or disclose PHI as allowed or required by law, including to public health authorities; for health oversight activities; in response to court orders, warrants, or lawful process; to law enforcement in limited circumstances; to avert a serious threat to health or safety; for workers’ compensation; with business associates who support our services under written agreements requiring HIPAA safeguards; and as otherwise required by applicable federal or Texas law. We do not sell your PHI. We do not use or disclose PHI for marketing that requires authorization, or sell PHI, without a valid authorization when required.

Your rights regarding PHI

You have the right to: ask to see or get an electronic or paper copy of your medical record and other PHI we maintain about you (we may charge a reasonable, cost-based fee); ask us to correct PHI you believe is incorrect or incomplete; request confidential communications (for example, a different address or contact method); ask us to limit what we use or share for treatment, payment, or operations (we are not required to agree to every request, except when you pay out of pocket in full for a service and ask us not to share that information for payment or operations with your health plan); get a list of certain disclosures we made (an accounting); and get a paper or electronic copy of this notice at any time. Requests should be submitted in writing to the contact below.

Website, accounts, and analytics

When you browse https://glppeptideclinic.com, create an account, or start a questionnaire, we process the information needed to operate the site, authenticate you, prevent fraud and abuse, remember preferences, and understand aggregate site performance. We may use analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics) that collect device and usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some features.

Payment processors and other service providers

Clinical fees and medication charges may be processed by third-party payment processors and gateways. Those providers receive billing information needed to complete the transaction and are contractually required to protect it. We may also use hosting, messaging, identity, and telehealth infrastructure vendors as business associates where PHI is involved.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect PHI and account data, including access controls and encrypted transport where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain records for as long as required by Texas medical record retention rules, HIPAA, payment and tax requirements, and our legitimate operational needs, then dispose of them securely.

Children

Our clinical services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect PHI from children under 18 through this website. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it as required.

Changes to this notice

We may revise this Notice of Privacy Practices at any time. The revised notice will apply to PHI we already have as well as new information. The effective date appears at the top of this page. The current notice will be posted at https://glppeptideclinic.com/privacy.
